Dusty has over thirty years of experience at VAI. As the Chief Financial Officer, she oversees all aspects of corporate finances and office operations. Her responsibilities include budget development and tracking, financial planning, implementation of generally accepted accounting practices, compliance with Federal and State regulations and tax codes, and facilitating the completion of reviewed financial statements and tax returns prepared by the independent corporate CPA. She is the primary corporate contact for banking institutions, vendors, and clients, and she serves as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing staff, employee relations, compensation and training.
