Mr. Carmody is a senior project manager and transportation engineer at Vanasse & Associates, Inc. (VAI) with over 11 years of experience in Transportation Planning, Engineering Design, and Permitting. Mr. Carmody is a Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Massachusetts and Connecticut and is an experienced at leading engineers and project stakeholders from planning through final design, bidding, and construction. He has extensive experience managing and designing municipal and State infrastructure projects including multi-lane adaptive signalized intersection networks, multimodal arterial corridors, complete streets, shared off-road paths, and stormwater and utility installations. Mr. Carmody has creatively guided and supported private sector clients and municipalities in their pursuit of construction funding grants, community involvement, agency coordination, and construction contract management. He leverages his passion and personality into all pursuits.
