Jeff is the Managing Partner and the Senior Engineer at VAI, with over thirty years of experience in the fields of Traffic Engineering, Transportation Planning, and Expert Witness Testimony. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (FITE) and is a Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the States of Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Virginia, and has been Certified as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) by the Transportation Professional Certification Board, an independent affiliate of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE). His responsibilities include the review, design, and analysis of roadway, intersection, and interchange systems; the design of pedestrian and bicycle facilities; and preparing and reviewing traffic impact studies, roadway and intersection design plans, and safety assessments for private and municipal clients.
